Terms of Service

By using CELPrep you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms occasionally; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

You can run one free Mock without an account. Creating a free account unlocks one additional Mock. A Premium subscription unlocks every Mock and every practice.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Premium is billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price shown on the Premium page (currently $7.99 CAD per month, plus any applicable taxes). Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.

Cancel anytime from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until that date, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your account. You can cancel during that notice period if you don't want to renew at the new price.

7-day satisfaction window. If you subscribe to Premium and decide it's not for you, email us at hello@cel-prep.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you have started no more than two (2) Mocks since subscribing. This window applies only to your first month, not to renewals.

Outside the 7-day window. We don't refund partial months. Cancellation stops future renewals; your existing paid period continues until it expires.

Service issues. If the service is broken on our end and the failure prevented you from using what you paid for, contact support and we will refund or credit the affected period regardless of the 7-day rule.

Chargebacks. Please email us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is open.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Don't do any of the following:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our practice content.
• Share your account or resell access.
• Attempt to break the service, exploit bugs, or circumvent paywalls.
• Upload content that's illegal, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights.

CELPrep is a practice tool. Scores and feedback are estimates for self-review. Official CELPIP scores come only from Paragon Testing Enterprises. We don't guarantee you'll pass the real test, achieve any particular CLB band, or qualify for any program.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may update or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the most recent change.
