A Two-Week CELPIP Study Plan

May 18, 2026 · 6 min read

Two weeks is enough to make a real difference on CELPIP if you study the right way. The constraint on test day is usually timing and format familiarity, not raw English ability. This plan front-loads diagnosis, then attacks your weakest skill.

Days 1–2: Baseline and diagnose

Take one full Mock under real timing on day one. Don't study first — you want an honest baseline. Record your level per skill. Your lowest skill is your priority for the next week, because eligibility is set by your minimum.

Days 3–9: Attack your weakest skill

Spend most of your time on the lowest-scoring skill, with lighter maintenance on the others. Use the per-part practice pages to drill specific formats — for example, Listening Viewpoints or Writing the Email task. Review sample responses at your target level to see exactly what examiners reward.

  • Listening/Reading: do timed parts daily, review every wrong answer.
  • Writing: write one task a day, check structure and word count.
  • Speaking: record yourself against the real prep-and-record timers.

Days 10–12: Rebalance

Shift to your second-weakest skill while keeping the first warm. By now your format familiarity should be strong, so focus on accuracy and pacing rather than learning new strategies.

Days 13–14: Simulate and rest

Take a second full Mock to confirm progress and rebuild stamina. Review it, fix any last timing issues, then rest the day before your test. Walking in familiar with the format is worth more than one extra cram session.
